About the Role
This is a newly created role, designed to strengthen the operational backbone of our People team. You’ll primarily focus on HR administration, while also supporting Talent Acquisition activity where needed. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in helping us improve how we work by identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation and better processes. With a 75 25 split across HR and TA, this is a great opportunity to gain strong core HR experience while still getting exposure to recruitment, all within a team going through a period of growth and change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- HR Administration (around 75%)
- Managing the full lifecycle of HR admin processes
- Issuing contract changes and variation letters
- Maintaining and improving HR systems and data accuracy
- Supporting benefits administration
- Assisting with employee relations cases
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Responding to general HR queries from employees
- Scheduling interviews and managing diaries
- Administering and maintaining the ATS
- Issuing contracts and offer documentation
- Supporting new starter onboarding and inductions
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner on hiring activity
- Identifying ways to streamline admin processes
- Supporting automation and system improvements
- Getting involved in ad hoc HR and people projects

- Experience in HR, recruitment admin or a similar coordination role
