You'll combine strategic relationship management with commercial thinking, ensuring customers continue to grow with us while achieving meaningful outcomes for their organisation.

- Work with Sales to support commercial conversations and long-term growth plans.
- Proactively identify customer risks and lead recovery plans where required.
- Partner with Product, Implementation and Executive Sponsors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Champion digital transformation across the care sector through best practice and strategic consultancy.
About You
You're an experienced Strategic Account Manager or Customer Success professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than simply managing accounts.
You understand how to engage senior decision-makers, ask the right questions and translate customer challenges into meaningful business outcomes.
You'll bring a blend of commercial awareness, strategic thinking and relationship management, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at every level.
Ideally you'll have
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts within a Saa S environment.
- A track record of driving customer retention, expansion and long-term growth.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading strategic business reviews and value-based customer conversations.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using customer data to tell a compelling story.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally to support key customer engagements.

- Experience within social care, healthcare or digital transformation.
- Experience managing multi-product customer portfolios.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce or Gainsight.

- Competitive salary plus annual bonus.
- Hybrid working.
- National travel with meaningful face-to-face customer engagement.
