As we continue to grow, we're investing in the next phase of our partnerships strategy through PCS One, our expanding ecosystem of technology, consultancy and service partners. We're now looking for a Partner Growth Manager to help scale this exciting initiative and play a key role in building one of the most ambitious partner ecosystems in the care sector.

The Opportunity

This isn't a traditional partnership management role. You'll help operationalise and grow the PCS One ecosystem, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled and contributing to both customer success and commercial growth. Working closely with the Partnerships Leader, you'll coordinate activity across a growing network of technology partners, consultants and service providers while collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving execution and creating scalable programmes within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the PCS One partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinating partner onboarding, activation and enablement.
  • Driving engagement across technology, consultancy and service partners.
  • Supporting co-sell activity and helping generate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Coordinating webinars, campaigns and ecosystem events.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and partner data through HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Acting as a key link between Partnerships and the wider commercial teams.
  • Helping improve processes and build a scalable partner programme.

What We're Looking For

  • You'll likely bring experience from partnerships, customer success, account management or commercial operations and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
  • Essential
    • Experience in partnerships, customer success, account management or commercial operations.
    • Experience working within SaaS, technology or other high-growth environments.
    • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
    • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
    • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
    • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Desirable
    • Experience within healthcare, social care or healthtech.
    • Exposure to partner ecosystems, marketplaces or co-sell models.
    • Experience supporting go-to-market campaigns and commercial activation.
    • Knowledge of SaaS integrations or technology ecosystems.
