As Product Manager for Atlas eMAR, our medication management system, youâll take ownership of discovery, design and delivery for the Atlas Care Home squad. This is a handsâon role for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments, takes accountability for outcomes, and is motivated by making a real difference to medication safety in care homes.
What youâll do:
- Own the product vision for the Atlas Home squad, translating strategy, market insight and commercial goals into a clear, actionable roadmap
- Set priorities and manage a wellâstructured backlog, balancing delivery speed with medication safety, regulatory compliance and user value
- Lead product discovery through structured interviews, user research and data analysis to deeply understand care home workflows and challenges
- Define product requirements and success metrics aligned to frontline care needs, regulatory standards and business objectives, ensuring full traceability across the development lifecycle
- Monitor competitors and wider medication management trends to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and positioning
- Partner closely with Engineering to shape solutions and ensure timely, highâquality delivery
- Drive crossâfunctional alignment across UX, data, risk, compliance, sales and implementation, supporting feature definition, launches and communications
- Coordinate goâtoâmarket activities including training, support readiness and customer communications, and track performance through safety, engagement and efficiency metrics
- Communicate clearly and frequently with your squad, product leadership and stakeholders, turning complex inputs into compelling, shared understanding
What youâll bring:
- Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology or other highly regulated environments
- Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch and optimisation
- Handsâon experience working in crossâfunctional agile squads, with close collaboration alongside engineering teams
- Practical experience in user research and product design, including working with wireframes, prototypes or design partners
- Strong prioritisation and decisionâmaking skills, with the ability to navigate tradeâoffs between scope, time, safety, compliance and user value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical complexity into clear narratives for varied audiences
- Comfort working with ambiguity, creating clarity and direction for others
- A relevant qualification in Product Management, Engineering or a technical discipline, and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps
- Even better if you have:
- Experience building products for healthcare, social care or clinical settings
- Knowledge of the health and social care regulatory landscape (e.g. CQC, NICE, clinical safety standards)
- Understanding of medication management workflows, pharmacy systems or controlled drugs regulations
