  • Partner closely with Engineering to shape solutions and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across UX, data, risk, compliance, sales and implementation, supporting feature definition, launches and communications
  • Coordinate go‑to‑market activities including training, support readiness and customer communications, and track performance through safety, engagement and efficiency metrics
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with your squad, product leadership and stakeholders, turning complex inputs into compelling, shared understanding

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology or other highly regulated environments
  • Proven ownership of the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation through to launch and optimisation
  • Hands‑on experience working in cross‑functional agile squads, with close collaboration alongside engineering teams
  • Practical experience in user research and product design, including working with wireframes, prototypes or design partners
  • Strong prioritisation and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate trade‑offs between scope, time, safety, compliance and user value

  • Comfort working with ambiguity, creating clarity and direction for others
  • A relevant qualification in Product Management, Engineering or a technical discipline, and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Even better if you have:
  • Experience building products for healthcare, social care or clinical settings
  • Knowledge of the health and social care regulatory landscape (e.g. CQC, NICE, clinical safety standards)
  • Understanding of medication management workflows, pharmacy systems or controlled drugs regulations
