Help Shape the Future of Collaboration in Social Care. At Person Centred Software, we're on a mission to improve lives through technology. Trusted by thousands of care providers across the UK, our solutions help care teams deliver outstanding care, improve outcomes and spend more time focusing on what matters most — people. As we continue to grow, we're investing in the next phase of our partnerships strategy through PCS One, our expanding ecosystem of technology, consultancy and service partners. We're now looking for a Partner Growth Manager to help scale this exciting initiative and play a key role in building one of the most ambitious partner ecosystems in the care sector.

The Opportunity: This isn't a traditional partnership management role. You'll help operationalise and grow the PCS One ecosystem, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled and contributing to both customer success and commercial growth. Working closely with the Partnerships Leader, you'll coordinate activity across a growing network of technology partners, consultants and service providers while collaborating with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving execution and creating scalable programmes within a fast-moving SaaS environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the PCS One partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinating partner onboarding, activation and enablement.
  • Driving engagement across technology, consultancy and service partners.
  • Supporting co-sell activity and helping generate partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Coordinating webinars, campaigns and ecosystem events.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and partner data through HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Acting as a key link between Partnerships and the wider commercial teams.
  • Helping improve processes and build a scalable partner programme.

What We're Looking For: You'll likely bring experience from partnerships, customer success, account management or commercial operations and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.

Essential:

  • Experience in partnerships, customer success, account management or commercial operations.
  • Experience working within SaaS, technology or other high-growth environments.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience within healthcare, social care or healthtech.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems, marketplaces or co-sell models.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market campaigns and commercial activation.
  • Knowledge of SaaS integrations or technology ecosystems.

Why Join Person Centred Software? This is an exciting time to join PCS. You'll be joining a growing organisation with ambitious plans and have the opportunity to help shape a strategic growth area of the business. You'll enjoy:

  • Remote-first working with just 1-2 visits to our Guildford office each month.
  • £50,000 base salary with £70,000 OTE.
  • Competitive pension and benefits package.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to work across a rapidly growing ecosystem of technology and service partners.
  • A genuine opportunity to influence and grow within an expanding commercial function.
