This is an opportunity to step into a role that goes far beyond traditional diary management. As Executive Assistant to the CEO and wider C-Suite at Person Centred Software, you'll work at the heart of a fast-growing technology business that is transforming care through software. Following our recent acquisition of Camascope, we're entering an exciting new phase and are looking for someone who can help bring structure, pace and focus to an ambitious leadership team. You'll quickly become a trusted partner to the CEO, helping them navigate competing priorities, maximise their time and ensure key initiatives keep moving forward. Supporting leaders across two business units, you'll be exposed to strategic discussions, high-profile projects and the day-to-day challenges that come with operating in a growing business. No two days will look the same. One day you might be preparing board papers and briefing packs, the next you'll be coordinating international travel, organising a leadership offsite or helping to keep a major business initiative on track.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings and competing priorities.
  • Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing packs.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Organising leadership events and offsites.
  • Tracking actions and ensuring priorities are followed through.
  • Supporting cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Handling sensitive information with complete professionalism and discretion.

This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, building strong relationships and working closely with senior stakeholders. You'll be proactive, commercially aware and naturally curious, with the confidence to challenge where needed and the judgement to know when to step in and when to stay in the background. We're looking for someone who combines exceptional organisation with strong business acumen and who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience supporting senior executives is essential, but just as important is the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems and become a genuine extension of the leadership team.

What we're looking for

Essential

  • Significant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Advanced diary and travel management experience.
  • Strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
  • Ability to work from either Central London or Guildford with flexibility to travel between both locations.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a growing or changing organisation.
  • Exposure to board-level activities and governance.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Experience supporting transformation or integration programmes.
