We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator to lead the configuration, optimisation and integration of our CRM system, ensuring it supports our marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HubSpot CRM
- Customise and configure HubSpot properties, workflows, pipelines and other system components to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Node.js and HubSpot’s APIs
- Monitor data quality, conduct regular audits and implement improvements to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client success teams to optimise the CRM to support lead management, reporting and campaign tracking
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within HubSpot
- Own third-party CPQ relationship and processes
