We're growing quickly, with strong momentum in a sector where the need for better technology is only increasing. As we scale, we're continuing to invest in our commercial team to support that growth. This role will focus on the South East, working closely with care providers across the region to understand how they operate, where the challenges are and how our technology can make a meaningful difference.
The role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our passionate sales team, focused primarily on winning new business within a defined territory. This role is ideal for a consultative, new‐business focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer challenges, and demonstrating how technology can solve real operational problems.
- Own and grow new business within your territory, primarily selling to individual or group care home providers.
- Prospect and build pipeline through calls, networking, conferences, and targeted outreach.
- Run discovery meetings and product demonstrations to understand customer challenges and position solutions.
- Work closely with SDRs, sales leadership, and implementation teams to progress opportunities and deliver successful launches.
- Manage your pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to ensure accurate reporting and sales performance.
The majority of the role focuses on new business development, with occasional opportunities to expand solutions within existing accounts.
What we're looking for
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with around 5+ years of sales experience.
- Strong experience in new business sales and full‐cycle deal management.
- A consultative sales approach, focused on understanding customer challenges and delivering value.
- Proven ability to sell multiple products at the same time to the same opportunity.
- Proven ability to build pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
- Strong organisational skills and CRM discipline.
- Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, or into the social care sector would be advantageous.
Why join us
You'll be joining a high‐performing but supportive sales team that values collaboration, accountability, and long‐term customer relationships. With uncapped commission, strong pipeline support from SDRs, and a growing market opportunity, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact while helping care providers adopt technology that improves social care.
What We Offer
- A competitive base salary + uncapped quarterly commission.
- 25 days holiday.
- Extra day off for your birthday.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- Additional benefits.
