The role
We’re excited to be hiring a HR & Recruitment Administrator at Person Centred Software — a brand new role that will play a key part in supporting our people, improving processes, and driving efficiency across our HR function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in HR and Talent Acquisition, gaining hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to a growing, fast‑paced SaaS organisation. Working closely with our CPO, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition team, you’ll provide essential administrative support across both HR and recruitment, bringing previously outsourced activities in‑house while helping us improve processes, systems, and automation across the business.
What we’re looking for
- Experience within an HR, People, or Recruitment administration role
- Familiarity with HRIS and/or ATS systems (BambooHR or JazzHR would be a plus)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a desire to improve processes
- Confident communication skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A CIPD qualification would be helpful but not essential.
