About Person Centred Software
At Person Centred Software, we build technology that genuinely improves lives. Our platforms are used by care providers across the UK and internationally, helping teams deliver safer, more efficient and more person centred care. We’re growing quickly, with strong momentum in a sector where the need for better technology and high quality training has never been greater. As we continue to scale, we’re investing in our learning and content capability to ensure care providers have access to engaging, compliant and effective training that supports both their people and the quality of care they deliver.
The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Learning Content Lead to take ownership of our training content strategy, focused on developing high quality learning programmes for the care sector. This is not a traditional content role. The core focus is on designing and delivering structured training programmes that meet regulatory requirements, support workforce development and improve real world outcomes in care environments. You’ll own the roadmap for our training content, ensuring everything we produce is relevant, compliant and aligned to the needs of the sector. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts and external partners to continuously improve both the content and the platform it sits on.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Owning the training content roadmap, aligned to regulatory requirements and workforce needs
- Designing and developing engaging learning programmes and modules for care professionals
- Ensuring all training content is compliant, accurate and aligned to sector standards
- Leading and coordinating content creators and subject matter experts to deliver high quality output
- Managing reviews, updates and version control across all learning content
- Monitoring learner engagement, outcomes and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to support rollout and adoption of new content
- Feeding client and user insights into the ongoing development of the platform and learning experience
You’ll play a key role in shaping how digital learning is delivered within the care sector, ensuring it is both practical and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, instructional design or training programme creation
- Experience designing structured learning programmes, ideally within a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of compliance and how this translates into effective training content
- Ability to take ownership of a content or learning roadmap and deliver against it
- Experience working with subject matter experts and cross functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Experience within health, social care or another regulated sector would be highly advantageous.
Why Join PCS
You’ll be joining a team that is focused on making a genuine impact in a sector that matters. This role offers the opportunity to shape how training is delivered at scale, combining digital learning, compliance and real world application in a way that directly supports care providers and their teams. You’ll have the autonomy to own and evolve the learning strategy, while working closely with a collaborative team that is committed to continuous improvement.
What We Offer
