Responsibilities: Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a crucial and critical role in driving the success of digital platforms for the Bank. TPM leads the technical projects and takes bottom line accountability to ensure project and team success.
As a TPM you:
- Will be part of Technology team.
- Own the delivery and ensure Product is successful.
- Provide technical program management leadership to ONE team (across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, Vendor partners).
- Have experience in SAFe standards.
- Understand, have experience in, Agile Ways of working and are able to coach others to promote Agile ways of working.
- Have forward thinking and apply that working backwards.
- Help define the Product Vision.
