Role: Program Manager Hybrid: 2 to 3 days to office Should be able to travel to Birmingham once in a week Job Type: Permanent role Stakeholder Management ~ Reporting and KPI management, Tracking ~ Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and software development processes. ~ Oversee the software development process, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery ~ Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. ~ Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process in collaboration with Engineering Director ~ Promote agile methodologies, engineering best practices e.g. to encourage quality software development ~Oversee the software development process, from design to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery ~ Oversees project logistics and resource allocation. ~ Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste. ~ Secures the resources needed for teams to excel, including researching and proposing capital investments. ~ Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies. ~ Maintains high level expertise in their field or sector. ~ Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines. ~ Forges and maintains relationships with customers and other business stakeholders ~ Personnel and project management skills ~ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – Data analytics skills and experience ~ Good understanding of product and quality KPI’s and is able to implement methods to achieve it
