Responsibilities:
Technical Program Manager (TPM) plays a crucial and critical role in driving the success of digital platforms for the Bank. TPM leads the technical projects and takes bottom line accountability to ensure project and team success. As a TPM you:
- Will be part of Technology team.
- Own the delivery and ensure Product is successful.
- Provide technical program management leadership to ONE team (across Product, Technology, Enterprise, IT, Vendor partners).
- Have experience in SAFe standards.
- Understand, have experience in, Agile Ways of working and are able to coach others to promote Agile ways of working.
- Have forward thinking and apply that working backwards.
- Help define the Product Vision & define the success (like KPIs) and business goals.
- Create Software Development roadmaps and align different Product Increments for Product success.
- Create & optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Have knowledge of India stack - open banking (UPI), RBI regulations, and Systems (KYC, UIDAI) and apply the knowledge to solve technical dependencies.
- Understand Software Development Lifecycle: and interface, manage dependencies with different enterprise teams.
- Promote usage of collaboration, Project Management tools (Azure DevOps, Teams … Create and maintain plans/sprints for User Journeys / features Epic, User Stories, Acceptance Tests.
- Understand and help define, implement Non Functional requirements.
- Help setup and succeed in Architecture Review Board.
- Have ability to influence KPIs like Total Cost of Ownership, maintainability so on.
- Own and ensure that execution is inline with the vision of the Product.
- Lead the Sprints (and ceremonies) of Product & Engineering to actively drive towards product success.
- Plan and manage sprint demos & provide feedback to scrum teams.
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing, Closed User Group product acceptance.
- Lead triage of defects, bugs and track them to closure.
- Provide one view of Product, Program progress (by tracking to KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Do status reporting (weekly) with Agile KPIs, lead the Steer Co meetings.
- Lead the ONE team (vendor partners, enterprise teams, product team, technology team) of all stakeholders to drive dependency, risk, issues resolution.
