We are looking for a high-impact Client Partner to drive growth within our Private Equity (PE) segment across Europe. This is a pure hunting role, focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth by engaging with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. The role requires a strong ability to sell IT services, digital transformation, and AI-led solutions, building strategic relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Drive new business growth by acquiring logos across Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies in Europe
- Build and manage a strong pipeline and revenue target, owning the complete sales cycle
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders, including PE operating partners and portfolio leadership teams
- Position value-based and outcome-driven solutions, focusing on:
- Digital transformation
- Cloud & AI (GenAI / Agentic AI)
- Operational efficiency and cost optimization
- Leverage technology due diligence insights to influence pre- and post-acquisition strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, delivery, solutions) to craft differentiated proposals
- Drive large, complex deal closures across portfolio companies
- Stay aligned with evolving PE investment themes and market trends
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in IT services / consulting sales (must-have)
- Proven track record in new logo acquisition and hunting roles
- Experience working with or selling into:
- Private Equity firms
- PE-backed portfolio companies
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets, pipeline, and deal closure
- Experience in enterprise / mid-market deal environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital transformation
- AI / Data / Cloud solutions
- Ability to engage with C-suite and investment stakeholders
- Experience in European markets (UK / EMEA exposure preferred)
- Exposure to M&A / due diligence / value creation engagements
- Experience selling AI-led or data-driven transformation solutions
- Background in working with PE ecosystems, advisors, or consulting-led sales environments

- Ability to build accounts from scratch and scale relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with value-based selling approach
