About Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems leveraging modern cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.

This role focuses on developing robust RESTful APIs, building containerized applications, and deploying solutions on Kubernetes/Open Shift platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python development, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures, along with hands‑on experience in containerization and modern Dev Ops practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Java/GO.
  • Deliver production services deployed on

Kubernetes .

  • Experience building highly available, scalable, and reliable distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of API design principles, including REST, g RPC, versioning, authentication, authorization, error handling, and backward compatibility.
  • Experience with microservices architectures and the operational challenges of running services at scale.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and distributed environments

Expertise You’ll Bring

  • Strong professional experience as a senior software engineer building and operating backend services or APIs in production environments.
  • Hands‑on experience designing, developing, and delivering APIs using

Java, Go, or both .

  • Strong understanding of cloud‑native application architecture, including containerized services, service‑to‑service communication, configuration management, observability, and resilience patterns.
  • Experience building highly available, scalable, and reliable distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of API design principles, including REST, g RPC, versioning, authentication, authorization, error handling, and backward compatibility.
  • Experience with microservices architectures and the operational challenges of running services at scale.
  • Solid understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, caching, rate limiting, retries, timeouts, and fault tolerance.
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms such as

AWS, GCP, or Azure .

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Strong understanding of Linux, containers, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience with production monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident response.
  • Ability to lead technical design discussions, make pragmatic architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

  • Experience building large‑scale platform services, developer platforms, infrastructure platforms, or internal service platforms.
  • Experience operating mission‑critical services with strict availability, latency, or throughput requirements.
  • Experience with Kubernetes‑native patterns such as Helm, Operators, Custom Resource Definitions, or Git Ops workflows.
  • Experience with distributed systems, stateful services, or high‑volume transactional platforms.
  • Experience with cloud‑native observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, ELK/Open Search, or similar.
  • Experience implementing security best practices for APIs and cloud‑native services, including OAuth2, m TLS, secrets management patterns.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation etc.
  • Experience improving platform reliability through SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, load testing, chaos testing, or disaster recovery planning.
  • Experience contributing to architecture standards, engineering best practices, reusable service frameworks, or shared platform components.
  • Experience with performance profiling and optimization for Java or Go services
