Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end leadership for change and delivery initiatives within the assigned domain.
- Manage and govern change delivery activities, ensuring alignment with company's control standards.
- Own project scope, delivery plans, timelines, and delivery outcomes.
- Engage with Control, Risk, and Governance teams to ensure go‑live readiness.
- Drive delivery across cross‑functional business and technology teams.
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) effectively.
- Ensure change initiatives deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Support service‑sustaining (KTLO) and transformational change initiatives.
- Act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams.
Required Skills:
- Proficient, well‑rounded knowledge of secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPs, IBM Connect: Direct, along with real‑time messaging technologies like MQ.
- Practical, hands‑on experience integrating Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), including exposure to PKCS#11, Java Cryptography Extension (JCE), and KMIP‑based interactions.
- Established capability applying advanced testing methodologies such as TDD, BDD, and automated testing framework.
- Awareness of ITIL‑based release and change processes.
- Experience with API lifecycle oversight, developer portals, sandbox environments, and scaling federated API ecosystems.
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for diagnosing performance issues related to latency and throughput.

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
