What is the role?
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of Westbury Partnerships during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Westbury Partnerships is Persimmon's dedicated Partnerships business, working with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, Build to Rent investors, government and strategic partners across England. As we establish and grow the Westbury brand, this role will be pivotal in supporting the Managing Director and wider leadership team to deliver our ambitious business objectives.
This is more than a traditional PA role. You will become a trusted member of the Westbury team, providing executive support, coordinating key business activities, managing reporting and helping ensure the smooth operation within a national business. The successful candidate should be willing to travel occasionally to Persimmon offices and partner meetings.
What you’ll do as PA / EA to the Managing Director – Westbury Partnerships:
- Provide confidential executive support to the Managing Director, managing a complex diary, inbox, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, leadership events and workshops, including agendas, minute taking and tracking actions through to completion.
- Prepare Board papers, Executive reports, presentations and strategic business communications to a consistently high standard.
- Produce and coordinate accurate weekly and monthly business reporting, supporting governance and business planning activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for Regional Managing Directors, senior colleagues, internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support the wider leadership team with administration, project coordination and business improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration across the Westbury function to ensure the effective delivery of business priorities.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism and organisational excellence at all times.
What experience do I need?
- Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience producing reports, Board papers and presentations.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Proactive, professional and able to manage priorities independently, with flexibility to travel occasionally if required.
