This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Office Administration Team. This role typically reports to the Office Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide and perform general administration and secretarial support using own initiative and self-motivation where necessary.
The role will include:
- Preparation of regular reports and collection of data to support office management
- Support commercial team in processing of material and plant hire requests
- Support commercial team in completion of drawing office issues
- Taking messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office or away from their desk and distribute in a timely manner
- Maintaining an accurate list of all current team members and their extension numbers and distribute accordingly
- Open all general post and faxes, with discretion and acknowledgement of confidential mail, which is received by the office and to distribute as necessary in a timely manner, and to take delivery of items received by courier and distribute accordingly
- Assist in secretarial duties for the company, including audio typing, word processing and the use of excel spreadsheets
- Manage the diary for the meeting rooms within the offices and to assist in the provision of refreshments where required
- Monitor stocks of stationery and consumables for the office and to re-order based on Group purchasing guidelines and to check delivery and invoicing of such items

What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within an office environment
- Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
