What is the role?
As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Part Exchange Manager to join our team and oversee the effective management of our portfolio of Homechange and Part Exchange properties. The role will include:
- Lead the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of Homechange and Part Exchange properties, ensuring optimal sell on prices together with early legal completions and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with our customers providing support and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry stage through ongoing journey management to legal completion.
- Build strong relationships with our panel estate agents, surveyors, solicitors, and IFAs to ensure a seamless approach leading to the optimum experience for our customers.
- Oversee regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance work to ensure homes remain in excellent condition. Manage any post-handover issues or defects.
- Meet with customers pre-Part Exchange. Inspect all PX homes post-legal completion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights into customer feedback and trends, supporting the successful resale of homes.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the portfolio, including cost control, and reporting on profitability.
What experience do I need?
- Proven experience in both new build and established property markets
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage relationships with homeowners and estate agents/IFAs/solicitors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, construction, and maintenance teams.
