What is the role?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As a Regional HR Advisor, you will report directly to the Divisional HR Business Partner and will oversee HR operations across three regional offices in Yorkshire (Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Nottingham), as well as two additional locations in Leicester (North Midlands) and Birmingham (Central).

The primary objective of this role is to support the Divisional HR Business Partner in delivering a professional and efficient HR service to the business.

Role Overview:

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters to your assigned business areas.
  • Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and attendance management issues.
  • Influence, support, and coach managers on a wide range of people management topics.
  • Assist in the rollout and integration of HR initiatives, project management, and ensure the effective use of the HR information system.
  • Travel regularly across your business areas to attend key meetings, including senior management sessions, where you will develop strong working relationships.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a multi-site role, managing a high volume of cases.
  • Proven expertise in providing comprehensive advice on the full spectrum of employee relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employee relations, with a strong understanding of employment law, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical, commercially-focused manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to confidently engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • A valid UK driving license.
