What is the role?

We are seeking a Group Digital Performance Marketing Manager to cover a period of maternity leave for up to 12 months.

The role is responsible for driving and optimising paid and organic acquisition activity across the Group.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Bing and emerging platforms, while supporting the SEO strategy through Bright Edge to drive traffic, leads, enquiries and reservations nationally and regionally.

Working with internal teams and agency partners, you will ensure activity is locally optimised, brand-aligned and commercially effective, with a structured handover provided.

What you'll do as a Group Digital Performance Marketing Manager

  • Lead and optimise multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Microsoft/Bing and emerging platforms.
  • Manage digital media budgets to maximise performance, focusing on CPL, ROAS, lead quality and conversion, with a strong focus on continuous testing and optimisation.
  • Deliver locally targeted campaigns in partnership with regional marketing teams, tailoring activity to specific audiences and markets.
  • Drive SEO performance using Bright Edge, identifying opportunities and optimising content and web pages across national and development-level search.
  • Oversee local SEO activity, ensuring business profiles, maps listings, structured data and high-intent content are accurate and optimised.
  • Analyse and report on performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Funnel and other reporting tools, turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate across the business with digital, regional, creative, brand, data and CRM teams, as well as agency partners, to deliver effective and brand-aligned campaigns.
  • Support continuous improvement across the digital acquisition strategy, identifying new opportunities to increase traffic, enquiries, leads and reservations.

What experience do I need?

  • Proven experience in digital acquisition, paid media, or performance marketing, ideally within property, real estate, or a multi-location business.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, and Bing.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practice, including use of Bright Edge (or equivalent enterprise SEO platform).
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Data Studio, Funnel and Google Tag Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and optimising for CPL and conversion rate.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
