Persimmon is seeking talented individuals to join the Construction Team. This role supports daily operations at construction sites by maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Construction Team. This role typically reports to the Contracts Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the daily operation at construction sites, through maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performing general maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles
- Climbing to heights and conducting work with proper safety restraints
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Providing labour as needed for a speciality crew
What experience do I need?
- Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working on-site in similar roles
