What is the role?
The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, maintaining high standards of customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise workloads to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLA’s.
- Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.
- Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identifying all contra-charging opportunities.
- Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis.
- Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators.
- Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout the team.
What experience do I need?
- Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and tools.
- Painting and Joinery experience is required.
- PASMA certificate is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Conversant with Microsoft Office.
- Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence is required.
