We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our busy Finance Team on an initial Fixed-Term Contract. The purpose of the role is to provide a service to suppliers of goods and services, ensuring that their invoices are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Primary Responsibilities Processing and administration of twice monthly BACS supplier payments Invoice matching to site orders and PODs Costing invoices to contracts Maintaining new supplier records for audit purposes Liaising with our internal teams to resolve price and order queries Dealing with supplier queries – telephone and emails Adhoc accounts duties What experience do I need? Previous experience in a similar role within a busy organisation COINS experience would be hugely beneficial Diligent and organised Strong attention to detail Excel skills desirable Good communication skills TPBN1_UKTJ
