What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Care Team. The role typically reports to the Customer Care Operations Manager/Customer Care Office Manager/ Head of Customer Care.
The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, providing maintaining high standards of customer experience.
The role will include:
- Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLA’s.
- Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.
- Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities.
- Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis.
- Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators.
- Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group\’s HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team
What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?
- Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance and able to work to as part of a team or alone
- Painting and Joinery experience is required
- PASMA certificate is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
- Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- First Aid qualification would be advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
