We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the kitchen staff, ensuring food preparation runs smoothly, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all food storage and handling procedures meet health and safety standards
- Help with stock rotation and deliveries
- Support the team during busy service times
Requirements
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic food hygiene knowledge (training provided if necessary)
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required
