Pershing Consultants is a specialist project management consultancy supporting the development and delivery of some of the UK's most important energy and infrastructure projects. We work with developers, investors, utilities, technology providers, and infrastructure organisations to take projects from concept through planning, consenting, development, and ultimately towards Final Investment Decision (FID) and delivery.

Typical Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing project programmes, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance
- Supporting projects through planning, consenting, and development phases
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, developers, and technical specialists
- Managing stakeholder engagement across client, regulatory, community, and delivery teams
- Preparing project reports, business cases, and decision‑making materials
- Supporting project strategy and commercial decision‑making
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
Requirements
- Experience delivering projects within energy, infrastructure, environmental, engineering, or development environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organisational and project coordination capabilities
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery drivers
- The ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and changing project environments
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
Experience with major infrastructure projects, planning and consenting processes, DCO projects, renewable energy development, utilities, or project controls would be particularly valuable, but is not essential.
