Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, having served customers since 1908, with over 50 branches across the country. We are the official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Warranty Administrator Role:

  • Manage the warranty process within the service department by collaborating closely with both advisors and management
  • Oversee all warranty claims within the department to ensure all paperwork complies with both group and manufacturer standards
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in general administration tasks
  • Bring a solid background in warranty administration or service administration

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a main dealer warranty administrator or service administrator
  • Proficient knowledge of the 1Link and/or Kerridge systems
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
