Sales Administrator – Perrys Vauxhall Barnsley

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, operating since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We’re an official franchised dealer for many of the country’s top car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Sales Administrator Role
- Manage vehicle invoicing and orders from initial request to completion
- Review all documentation to ensure vehicles are properly taxed and ready for customer release
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive stock records
- Generate management reports and liaise with manufacturers regarding stock levels and finance
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative or sales support role
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and stock records
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal teams and external partners
