Aftersales Manager – Perrys KIA Preston

Aftersales Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee the Aftersales operations, including Service, Parts, and Workshop
• Lead the team to meet daily targets and consistently follow company processes
• Manage daily workshop activities, overseeing Technicians/Mechanics to ensure maximum productivity while guiding Service Advisors to stay customer focused and meet upselling goals, budgets, and KPIs
• Ensure a first class service across all departments while maintaining team engagement and performance
• Liaise directly with the Senior Management team

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager; Service Manager experience with at least one year in a managerial role will also be considered
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in either volume or prestige automotive environments
