Perrys is one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, operating since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We’re an official franchised dealer for many of the country’s top car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Parts Advisor Role
• Serve customers daily, helping them identify required parts, discuss pricing, and arrange delivery—while also supplying the in-house workshop
• Keep the system updated, track all parts, and assist with regular stock checks
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely stock and competitive pricing
• Deliver high levels of service, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
• Ideally, prior experience as a Parts Advisor within a dealership, independent garage, or bodyshop.
• A UK driving licence
• Good customer service abilities, solid computer literacy, and organisational skills
