General Manager Duties
- Manage a large, diverse team encompassing Aftersales, Car Sales, and back-office staff.
- Ensure a seamless integration into the existing team, maintaining operational continuity and morale.
- Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, and administration, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed budget targets, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to set and execute business strategies, aligning departmental goals with overall company objectives.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as General Manager or similar.
