Perry Hall Multi-Academy Trust seeks an experienced Assistant Head Teacher to drive quality improvement, uphold the Trust's vision, and lead on Early Reading within EYFS and KS1. You will work under the Headteacher and Executive Team to strategise aims, policies, and resource management to raise outcomes across schools.

The successful candidate will have a track record of leading school improvement, strong analytical skills, and the ability to inspire staff while maintaining the ethos and values.
