Family Support Worker
Hours: 37 hours a week, 48 weeks per year

Salary Grade: 5, Points 16-22 (FTE £30,518 - £33,699)

Actual Salary: £28,093 - £31,021 per annum.

Start date: February/March 2026

Sledmere Primary School, part of Perry Hall Multi-Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint a Family Support Worker to join our hardworking and dedicated inclusion team.

We are seeking applicants who have experience of safeguarding and supporting families, who demonstrate a commitment, care and passion for making a difference and a strong team work ethos.
