Shop Manager - 40 hours - Fixed Term Contract for 9 months.

We are recruiting for a commercially driven and results focused Shop Manager, with a clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators. The Shop Manager will need to have the ability to assume the responsibilities to lead the team to deliver KPI goals, and in the day to day running of the shop.

Knowledge of golf is desirable but not essential as full training on the features and benefits of the clothing will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Training, coaching and developing your team.
  • Leading the team to exceed sales targets, KPI's and personal goals.
  • Utilising commercial reports to make decisions promote the brand and increase sales.
  • Liaising with head office teams
  • Managing retail standards across the shop through the team

Skills required:

  • Highly desirable to have previous Manager/Assistant Manager experience
  • Commercially driven and results focused.
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude.
