Reporting to: Area Manager
We are recruiting for a commercially driven and results-focused Store Manager, with a clear understanding of KPIs, who can foster an engaging sales culture in their store, drive its daily operations, manage all in-store processes, and handle the training, recruitment, and performance management of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving an exceptional customer service experience.
- Leading your team to exceed sales targets, KPIs, and personal goals.
- Training, coaching, and developing your team.
- Setting objectives for the team, reviewing performance against set objectives.
- Utilising and analysing commercial reports to make commercial decisions, promote the brand, and increase sales.
- Hosting customer events, brand events, and identifying local marketing opportunities.
- Liaising with head office teams and your Area Manager.
- Managing retail standards across the store through the team.
- Reviewing competitor activity and developing strategies accordingly.
- Managing all in-store processes, including H&S compliance & operational excellence.
- Inventory management.
Skills Required:
- Highly desirable to have previous Store Manager experience.
- Commercially driven and results-focused.
- Ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong Leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
