Shop Manager - Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth

Permanent - 40 hours

A great opportunity for a motivated sales person who is looking for their first shop manager position. We are recruiting for a commercially driven and results focused Shop Manager, with a clear understanding of KPI's. The Shop Manager will need to have the ability to assume the responsibilities to lead the team to deliver KPI goals, and in the day to day running of the shop.

Key responsibilities:
  • Driving an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Training, coaching and developing your team.
  • Leading the team to exceed sales targets, KPI's and personal goals.
  • Utilising commercial reports to make decisions promote the brand and increase sales.
  • Liaising with head office teams.
  • Managing retail standards across the shop through the team.
  • Increasing shop footfall and brand presence by building local community relationships.
Skills required:
  • Highly desirable to have previous Manager/Assistant Manager experience.
  • Commercially driven and results focused.
  • Ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
Qualifications:
  • Equivalent experience.
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude.
  • The candidate would ideally have worked in a sales role.
