This is a brilliant opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some e-commerce experience under their belt to dive into the world of online fashion retail. You’ll be supporting our E-commerce Manager and Digital Marketing Manager with a range of tasks, getting involved in everything from product listings and website content to email marketing and affiliate partnerships. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn a lot and make a real impact!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Product Management: Making sure our website always has the latest products accurately listed. Developing your product knowledge and checking pricing is correct. Organising product photography.
- Website Maintenance: Helping to manage promotions, filters, navigation, and sort rules on the site. Conducting regular site audits to keep things running smoothly. Working with the warehouse team to sort out any order fulfilment issues.
- Content Creation: Assisting with creating engaging content for the website and keeping product descriptions up-to-date.
- Customer Support: Providing post-sale customer support and working with the Technical Support team to process returns and refunds.
- Email Marketing: Supporting our Digital Marketing Manager with newsletters – from brainstorming ideas with the designer and copywriter to testing and sending emails and tracking performance.
- Affiliate Partnerships: Helping manage relationships with partners like Student Beans and ensuring all banners and activities are current.
- Paid Media Support: Providing our digital marketing agency with assets.
- Asset Management: Helping select images for marketing and working with the graphic designer to create and organise assets.
- Sales Support: Assisting the sales team through lead generation.
- General Admin: Supporting the E-commerce Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Who You Are:
- A recent university graduate or someone with 6-12 months of e-commerce experience.
- Interest in men’s fashion and direct to consumer e-commerce.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketing tools is preferred.
- A great communicator and a team player.
- Eager to learn and can handle working in a fast-paced environment.
