We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to manage the delivery of product into accounts from taking the order to delivering the stock providing a professional and efficient service.
Job Responsibilities:- Be the main point of contact for allocated accounts dealing with queries in an efficient and timely manner.
- Responsible for all order entry and order modifications for own accounts including allocating orders and processing returns.
- Full knowledge and understanding of specified accounts’ packing and delivery needs to ensure PE is fully compliant and orders can be shipped in a timely manner.
- Run and review appropriate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to give a clear picture of the status of accounts to the senior lead, CS controller and commercial team.
- Ensure the senior lead and CS controller and other relevant team members are copied on all emails to ensure full visibility of the account.
- Ensure there is always a handover to the rest of the team before any absence to enable continuous professional customer support.
- Be proactive and take ownership of resolving issues by liaising with internal teams to provide excellent customer support.
- Liaise with the Credit department when necessary on any order holds relating to credit issues and ensure the senior lead, CS controller and sales team are aware of the issue.
- Be proactive in looking for new more efficient and effective ways of working alongside the senior lead and CS controller.
- Assist with setting up any new systems and processes that will benefit the customers and the team.
- Previous experience of working in a busy customer services department would be beneficial.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Numerate and with a good level of English.
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to change.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create high quality, clear communications.
- Good interpersonal skills, with strong ability to successfully interact with all stakeholders, at all levels.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise as well as ensuring accuracy of all tasks.

This is a role based in our Rivenhall, Essex office, we are currently working 4 days in the office and one day from home. Perry Ellis Europe's benefits for all staff include a company pension scheme, generous discounts on all our brands and 24 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
