Description Overview
Perrigo, a leading global healthcare provider, is recruiting a Senior Brand Manager to join our Skin Healing team, based in London. This role will lead a key priority brand within the North Europe Cluster, translating a global strategy towards the North Europe cluster and driving execution across the UK in a dynamic, consumer-led category. Working closely with global and local market teams, this role will translate consumer insights into clear brand strategies, deliver strong annual plans, and ensure best-in-class execution across the full marketing mix. It is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to own brands end to end while operating within a broader cluster and global matrix.
Scope of the Role
- Brand Strategy & Growth: Own the Cluster brand strategy (3Y horizon) for assigned Skin Health brands within the North Europe Cluster, aligned to global and cluster priorities. Translate strategy into clear annual brand plans with defined growth initiatives, KPIs, and milestones.
- Brand Planning & Budget Management: Lead annual planning cycles, including A&P budget management and performance tracking to maximize ROI. Monitor brand performance, identify risks and opportunities, and course correct with agility. Lead the development and execution of integrated ATL & BTL campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver compelling, insight-led creative that drives consumer relevance and differentiation.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Strategy, Shopper, Sales, Supply, Regulatory, R&D, and Finance to ensure marketing plans are commercially grounded and operationally executable. Act as the central brand lead, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives and delivery timelines.
- Market & Brand Guardian: Track consumer, category, and competitive dynamics across North Europe markets, using insights to strengthen brand positioning and in-market execution. Ensure brand assets, claims, and activations remain compliant, consistent, and on strategy. Contribute to the Skin Health innovation pipeline, validating opportunities, and supporting launches with excellence. Partner with Global teams to adapt and land innovations effectively at cluster and local level.
Experience Required
- Proven Brand Leadership: Solid experience in brand management within FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, or Consumer Health, with a track record of delivering growth.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Ability to build brand strategies, link marketing investment to performance, and balance long term ambition with short term delivery.
- Strong Execution Mindset: Hands on, detail oriented marketer who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution.
- Cross Functional Influence: Confident working in matrix environments, influencing across functions and geographies without direct authority.
- Consumer Led Thinking: Strong grounding in consumer insight, with the ability to translate insight into impactful brand and activation ideas. Proactive, resilient, and results driven, with a genuine passion for building brands that make a difference in consumers’ lives.
