Perrigo, a leading global healthcare provider, is recruiting for a Storebrand Manager in the North Europe Cluster, based in London. The role focuses on shaping and strengthening Perrigo’s UK Storebrand portfolio across key OTC categories including Pain, Sleep, Upper Respiratory, Gastro, and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT). This role plays a critical part in defining the future UK Storebrand portfolio. Using customer, market, and internal data, the Storebrand Manager will identify and evaluate growth opportunities and progress initiatives through the Stage‑Gate process in close collaboration with Commercial, Value Chain, and Global teams. The role also ensures strong execution of approved initiatives and reports directly to the North Cluster Storebrand Lead.

Scope of the Role

  • Storebrand Market & Portfolio Analysis
    • Analyse the Storebrand competitive landscape across OTC categories, providing clear diagnostics on opportunities, risks, and white spaces.
    • Identify Storebrand range and portfolio growth opportunities across key categories.
    • Support the development of a balanced, sustainable Storebrand pipeline.
  • Stage‑Gate Leadership & NPD Management
    • Drive New Product Development initiatives through the Stage‑Gate process.
    • Build robust business cases grounded in market and customer insights, including recommendations on pricing, rate of sale (ROS), and distribution range.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Execution
    • Partner closely with Commercial Strategy and Revenue Growth teams to ensure alignment on commercial business case.
    • Work in close partnership with Global teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver project plans on time and to plan.
