Join Perrigo’s UK Supply Chain team in Barnsley as part of our Pharmaceutical Artwork function. You will collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Design, Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Data) and external partners to deliver compliant packaging artwork for OTC products. In this role, you will coordinate artwork changes from brief to approval, ensuring all packaging meets regulatory, technical, and design requirements. You’ll manage multiple projects, support product launches, and deliver updates such as packaging redesigns and safety changes for key retail customers (e.g., Boots, Morrisons).
Scope of the Role
- Coordinate the end-to-end artwork process from brief to print, ensuring compliance with regulatory and print requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for all artwork, layout, and design queries.
- Manage artwork reviews, pre-press instructions, and final checks before production.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and artwork deliverables.
- Identify and resolve design or printing issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners to deliver projects on time.
- Ensure artwork changes are completed in line with KPIs and communicate any delays proactively.
- Support packaging management with administrative tasks, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist with change control processes, deviations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Good problem‑solving and investigative skills.
- Strong IT skills and confident communication (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders.
