Scope of the Role

  • Prepare agendas, capture notes and document key updates, actions and follow-up items from relevant meetings.
  • Follow up with SMEs and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information, confirm updates and support timely closure of routine actions.
  • Support the compilation of intelligence information into a range of clear, structured formats for different audiences, including tabulated overviews, routine summaries and newsletter content, with review by more senior team members prior to wider circulation.

Governance, Forums & Action Tracking

  • Support the smooth running of SPI governance forums by coordinating logistics, materials, attendance, agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain action logs and trackers, ensuring owners, due dates, status updates and closure information are recorded accurately.
  • Send routine reminders and follow-ups to support timely updates from SMEs and accountable functions.
  • Escalate overdue actions, incomplete records or process gaps to the relevant manager for guidance.

Cross-Functional Working

  • Work collaboratively with SPI colleagues, SMEs and cross-functional partners to support routine intelligence capture and follow-up.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally when requesting information, confirming actions or sharing routine updates.
  • Support the preparation of routine outputs, dashboards, trackers and briefing materials by ensuring underlying data is accurate and complete.
  • Build understanding of Perrigo’s scientific policy and intelligence processes, portfolio context and external stakeholder environment through day-to-day execution and coaching.

Experience Required

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Basic conceptual knowledge of scientific, regulatory, policy or data management principles, with willingness to learn and apply defined processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work consistently with structured information and systems.
