At Perrigo our NAMs are the core of our business, forging effective relationships with key retail partners and spearheading growth through dynamic approaches to commercial excellence. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Perrigo Customer team, working within the dynamic and high-profile environment of one of our Key Grocery Customers. You will play a core part in managing a wide portfolio across branded, tertiary, and own label ranges with shared accountability for full retailer P&Ls. This role will be based at our Central London office.
Scope of the Role
- Being at the heart of our Customer Led culture, influencing strategies that make an impact.
- Commercial & P&L Ownership
- Responsibility for Wellbeing & Skincare Categories across Branded and Own Label with >£10m P&L responsibility.
- Lead for our customer’s in-year JBP aligned to their Buy Move Grow framework; managing trackers, investment management and leading quarterly reviews.
- Partner with our customer’s Buying and Category teams to identify and unlock category growth opportunities within consumer self-care, OTC, and oral care segments.
- Lead of relationship with Online and Shopper teams to develop and implement clear strategy, ways of working, and leading the step-change in the external Dunnhumby/Tesco Media relationship.
- Deeply understand their business model, performance metrics, trading rhythms, and long-term strategic priorities.
- Maximising activations across the year through optimised plans that span across promotional and digital marketing excellence.
- Executing and tailoring our brand/trade strategy, achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Use strong analytical skills to interpret complex retail data to identify new opportunities and convert insights into actions.
Experience Required
- Proven success managing a Top 4 UK grocer.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and the ability to deliver sustained, profitable growth.
- Strong experience using retail insights tools (Kantar, Nielsen, Dunnhumby, etc.)
- Strong negotiator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, planning, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and operate in a fast-paced, matrixed FMCG environment.
