The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our diverse portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage client relationships, review and prepare accounts, and support the development of team members.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of business clients across diverse industries
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns
- Supporting and advising clients on compliance and business growth
- Supporting development and reviewing work of team members
- Supporting the leadership team with strategic initiatives and practice development
- Contributing to the continued innovation and efficiency of our services
- Deliver a high-quality service
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven practice experience
- Skilled in managing client relationships with professionalism and confidence
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing accounts and tax compliance work
- A strong communicator who can explain financial information clearly and simply
- A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Proactive, organised, and keen to contribute to the growth of the practice
Experience with cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) is highly desirable.
