Join to apply for the Shopper & Customer Activation Executive role at Perrigo Company plc. This is a permanent role based in central London.

Responsibilities

• Shopper & Category Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for shopper activation at Perrigo, translating brand and category growth strategies into actionable shopper marketing plans.
• Agency Management: Manage day-to-day relationship with our shopper marketing agency to deliver projects. Make recommendations for process improvements, efficiencies and innovative solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse POS for continuous improvement, sharing insights and opportunities to optimise ROI and market share growth.
• Monthly Business Cycle: Play a key role in monthly meetings, feeding shopper activation plans into internal forums, and supporting Sales teams with compelling activation proposals that meet brand objectives and retailer priorities.
• Retailer Engagement: Launch annual shopper marketing toolkits and support sales teams at customer strategy days with tailored activation plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial strategy, RGM, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver integrated activation plans.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, with previous experience in shopper marketing, marketing or commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI through effective activation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing across functions and with retailers.
• Self-reliance and an ownership mindset.
• Willingness to learn and focus on continuous improvement.
• Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills.
• Leads by influence, ability to motivate with energy and enthusiasm.
• Track record of success with progressive responsibility.
