This is a fixed Term Contract role for 1 year. In this role, you will support the timely execution of projects using the requisite local or global Company methodology and tools.
Scope of the Role- Proactively monitor progress and issues progress reports.
- Resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action to ensure critical milestones are met.
- Coordinate clear communications to all key stakeholders, reporting and oversight of interdependencies and risks, to ensure the realization of the projected benefits.
- Conduct project planning, tracking, scope management, ensuring quality compliance, execution and reporting.
- Manage communications with all stakeholders by reporting the progress at regular agreed intervals to the Program Manager, Functional lead and Exec team.
- Maintain all appropriate project documentation including scope, project costs, baseline critical timeline.
- Support Program Manager and other Project Managers to identify process improvements, efficiencies and better ways of working.
- University Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years work experience required.
