We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time role as our Internal Support & Communications Coordinator, based in our London office. The purpose of the role is to provide support in the organisation and creation of internal communication tools and events for the North Europe Cluster, which has sites across Australia (Sydney), Ireland (Dublin), Sweden (Stockholm) and the UK (London, Barnsley & Braunton).
Scope of the Role
- Support with the organisation and execution of different internal communication initiatives, such as newsletters, huddles and townhalls, to encourage the North Europe Cluster employees to feel and act as one cluster and company.
- Support our ‘Stay Connected’ engagement committees (Social & Wellbeing) with execution of different initiatives.
- Support transformation initiatives across the cluster and the company.
- Provide physical and virtual office support to the London business in relation to event management and virtual office support for other North Europe Cluster sites.
- Build content, be creative, and support with North Europe Cluster wide employee platforms, office signage or general emails; therefore, excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary alongside great attention to detail.
Experience Required
We are ideally seeking someone with experience in creating internal communications and preferably someone with experience in event management, although this is not essential. To be successful in this role, you will have strong project and time management skills, excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking to a range of different stakeholders whilst being proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can roll their sleeves up and get the job done! Someone who is good at problem solving, knows when to ask for guidance if needed and could motivate with energy and enthusiasm! You will need to have the ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn.
