As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting commercial decision-making and driving financial performance within a specific cluster or market unit. Reporting to the FBP Manager, you will act as an advisor to commercial leaders, identifying performance gaps, optimizing trade spend, and ensuring compliance with financial controls. Your insights will help shape commercial strategies and ensure delivery or overdelivery of the Gross Profit (GP) realization plan.

Scope of the Role
  • Commercial Finance Leadership: Partner with commercial teams to identify risks and opportunities in Net Sales and Gross Margin, driving actions that enhance performance.
  • Pricing & Trade Spend Management: Collaborate with the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team to ensure pricing strategies and G2N (Gross-to-Net) processes are well-managed and deliver strong ROI. Support the use of tools like TPM and help standardize manual processes across regions.
  • Marketing ROI & Activity Tracking: Work with local marketing teams to maintain accurate trackers and ensure marketing activities deliver measurable returns.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Contribute to the S&OE/IBP forecasting cycles, focusing on risks and opportunities, pricing, and G2N. Collaborate closely with Cluster FP&A to align forecasts with business goals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Action Planning: Identify performance gaps through the IBP cycle and lead the development of action plans to close them.
  • Decision Support & Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support for key initiatives, including Stagegate projects.
  • Financial Governance: Ensure financial scrutiny of local contracts and manage accruals related to G2N and A&P. Maintain strong controls over balance sheet positions and support audit processes.
  • Compliance & Controls: Uphold SOX compliance and adhere to all internal financial control procedures.
Experience Required
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field and/or professional accounting qualification.
  • Typically 2+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally within a commercial business unit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work with people at all levels in the organization.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of commercial functions (Sales, R&D, Marketing), Supply Chain, and regional/central operations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
