Description Overview In this role you will provide an engineering support service to the Manufacturing and Packaging departments through effective supervision of a Production Engineering team. You will ensure that production machinery is fit for purpose and performing at the required standard to deliver the production plan. Scope of the Role Ensure that engineering parts, materials and consumables inventory is maintained. Source and procure the aforementioned items as required. Set direction to the production support engineering team, setting both long‑ and short‑term priorities, allocating resources and ensuring continuity through effective handovers. Liaise with external departments to understand customer requirements and establish priorities. Provide communication with and feedback to external departments.
